Can anyone share with me some of the funny things that their new kitten or cat does?
My kitten is 7 months old and this is the first kitten I’ve ever owned. Anyway, this little guy is the most playful, active, and curious ball of fur that I’ve ever seen – from playing chase with me, to drinking water out of the sink and the shower, to jumping inside of the cabinet and up inside the cabinet drawers (just like a magic trick) that he never ceases to amaze me. Anyway, I’d like to hear some of the funny things that you’re kitten or cat does. Thanks!
I love it when my kitten goes "Nosforateu" on the older cats, she stands up on hind legs and stretches both arms out and the little claws are showing and then she takes two or three steps towards the other cat, its so cute she looks like a little vampire with a little cape on when she stretches her arms out; the other cats just look at her, apparently it does not scare them

my cat is now 6 years old but he still loves to play! if you shine a flashlight at the wall he will jump at the wall and try to climb up the wall, when we let him go outside he acts like he is in a jungle, if you give him catnip he will go crazy!, and he chases me around the house like we play it. i love my little lucky boy.

Shasta is hilarious when it comes to vet day. She hides under a chair as soon as she sees the pet carrier! Once she was hiding I kicked a ball over beside the chair. One black and white paw darted out from under the chair to swat the ball! She just couldn’t resist!

I own a boxer and 3 cats. I brought him home at 6 weeks. Bishop so badly just wanted to be their friends. The cats just refused and hissed and batted him away. Well, finally when he was about 7 months old (a lot bigger) he made a friend for life with one of my cats. Lestat. It raining lightly one day & I had let Lestat out. By the time I took Bishop out it was raining very hard. I saw Lestat coming outta of the woods meowing to Bishop for help. Bishop walked Lestat back into the house. The 2 of them are best of friends now. Lestat is always rubbing up on him and laying with him now. It’s so cute!! I always tell ppl the story of how Bishop saved Lestat’s life.
Fun question thanks for asking. Enjoy your new kitten!!! Happy New Year too!!

My cat is a siamese-tourtise shell mix. Which means she has brown ears, nose, paws and tail but the rest of her is beige. She has gotton darker over time, but when she was a kitten she was the EXACT same colour as our carpet! She would walk and play but all you would see is four little paws and a tail moving along. It was adorable!

Thats pretty much the same things that my cat does. But, shes is like 5 years old now and still just as goofy. Course, when it comes to being on the computer, is when she wants daddy’s attention. Walking in front of the screen back and fourth, attacking my hand on the mouse, jumping in my lap and talking at me, and of course insisting that her tummy is rubbed before at first keystroke is typed. She has even gotten rid of a few girlfriends for me, the ones that did not meet her approval, she marked there clothes (jackets, a purse and a shirt) with ode of kitten. needless to say she was right (and I am glad there gone).
But she is my baby, and I would not trade her for the world !!

My baby tries to attack my legs when I walk by, she runs like a ghost is after her when I am coming, then mows loud and comes and sits right on my chest and neck and purr. She’s a character. She tries to get in the tub with me too! I love her to pieces.

If I roll up a small piece of paper (I find smaller pieces work better) and flick it with my finger (the further the better) then my kittens will chase after it and with some gentle encouragement they will bring it back to play again. When they get in the mood they can play this game for hours and get faster and faster!
